"KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin" is a new craft gin born from a collaboration with the historic tea house "Horii Shichimeien," founded in 1879 in Uji, Kyoto. Gyokuro and tencha, cultivated in the "Oku no Yama" tea garden, the only remaining one from the Uji Shichimeien estates designated by the Ashikaga shogunate during the Muromachi period, are specially blended for KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin. The deep aroma and rich umami of high-quality tea are carefully extracted and distilled.
Recommended way to enjoy: Serve on the rocks with a round ice cube. The fruity aroma unique to gyokuro and the soft sweetness reminiscent of white chocolate create a warm, lingering finish.
