"KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin" is a world-renowned craft gin made in Kyoto, blending the traditions of Kyoto and the UK. Based on rice spirits and the famous water from Fushimi, it is infused with unique Japanese ingredients such as gyokuro tea from Uji’s Horii Shichimeien (founded in 1879), yuzu, ginger, and sansho pepper. These ingredients are classified into six categories, distilled separately, and then expertly blended to achieve the perfect balance.
