Its distinctive feature is the "Double Cask Maturation" process, in which the whisky is aged in carefully selected sherry casks and bourbon casks. By skillfully blending whisky matured in both casks, a perfect balance is achieved.
Taste/Aroma: A well-balanced sherry flavor.
Rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, and ginger add a spicy touch. A sweet, slightly spicy, and warm finish.
A smooth and soft fruity aroma reminiscent of red apples.
